[Core Information] The revenue of two major distributors has soared, and NAND flash memory prices are expected to drop.

1. Dalian General Assembly’s revenue in September exceeded NT$100 billion, setting a new record high

Benefiting from the peak season and the explosion of the AI industry, demand for AI servers, power supplies, PCs, e-sports, storage and other components is strong.
Revenue in September reachedNT$105.67 billion, month-on-month +24.5%, year-on-year +49%, breaking through the 100 billion mark in a single month for the first time.

2. Wenye’s Q3 revenue surged by more than 50% year-on-year, and its performance continues to grow rapidly

  • Total revenue in the third quarter: NT$261.3 billion,YoY + 56%, quarterly record high
  • Cumulative revenue from January to September increased significantly year-on-year72%, the prosperity of the semiconductor distribution industry continues to rise.

3. TrendForce: Q4 NAND flash contract price is expected to drop by 3%~8%

The consumer electronics peak season in the second half of the year fell short of expectations, and NAND wafer prices weakened first, and the decline further expanded in the fourth quarter.
  • Consumer-grade SSD, mobile phone UFS: weak demand, quotations are under pressure to decline
  • Enterprise-grade SSD: supported by data center orders, bucking the trend and rising slightly by 0%~5%
  • Overall NAND contract price: quarterly decrease3%~8%, market supply is loose and terminal stocking is conservative.

4. Nanya adjusts its production capacity structure in Q4, shifting 15% of its production capacity to DDR5

Q3 revenue fell 18% quarter-on-quarter, with weakening terminal demand dragging down shipments.
In order to adapt to the upgrade of storage specifications, the fourth quarter will15% of production capacity switched to DDR5, DDR5's revenue share has increased month by month since December, and it has increased its focus on the server and high-end memory markets.

5. GekeMicro’s 50-megapixel CIS is mass-produced and used as the main camera for mid- to high-end mobile phones

Self-developed single-chip high-pixel architecture + FPPI process, 50-megapixel image sensor is officially mass-produced.
It has successfully introduced rear-mounted main cameras for mid-to-high-end mobile phones at home and abroad, and will continue to iterate products with higher pixels in the future to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic alternatives to CIS.

6. Murata increases production capacity in Europe and builds a factory in France to expand production of ultra-thin silicon capacitors

Invested 60 million euros to launch a new 200mm production line in France to strengthensilicon capacitorMass production capability.
The product thickness is as low as 50μm, and it is mainly used in high-precision and high-reliability scenarios such as mobile phones, medical implant equipment, and telecommunications infrastructure.
